Short, plain-English terms for using arthapex.com, Compressa, and any future Arthapex app. By using our website or apps, you agree to these.

Using our website and apps

You're welcome to use arthapex.com and Compressa for personal or business purposes, free of charge. We provide them "as is", without warranties of any kind. We try hard to make them work well, but software has bugs — please don't rely on Compressa as the only copy of an important image.

Your content

Anything you create or modify using Compressa belongs entirely to you. Compressa works on your device — we never see, store, or transmit your photos.

Our brand and code

The Arthapex name, the Compressa name and logo, the design of this website, and the source code of our apps are owned by Arthapex. You may link to us freely and screenshot us in reviews. Please don't use our names, logos, or designs in ways that suggest endorsement or affiliation without asking first.

Things you shouldn't do

Please don't use Compressa or this website to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or attack our infrastructure. We reserve the right to refuse service or block access if something is being abused.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arthapex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or apps. If something is our fault, our total liability is limited to whatever you've paid us in the last twelve months (which, for free software, is zero).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top. Significant changes will be mentioned on the home page so returning users notice.
