Compressa Privacy

This policy explains what Compressa by Arthapex does and does not collect. Compressa is built for private, on-device image compression.

Photos

Compressa processes photos entirely on your device. Images never leave your phone unless you choose to share them using Android's share sheet. We do not collect, upload, store, view, or sell your photos or image contents.

Accounts and servers

Compressa does not have user accounts, login, or our own server. We do not create a server-side profile about you.

Optional analytics and crash reports

If you opt in, Compressa uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to collect basic app usage events, crash reports, device/app diagnostics, and related identifiers to improve reliability. This data is sent to Firebase over encrypted connections.

We do not use Firebase to collect photos or image contents, and we do not sell data. You can disable analytics in Settings.

When you email us

If you write to contact@arthapex.com, we'll see your email address and your message. We use it to reply to you. We don't add you to any mailing list, and we don't sell or share your address.

Children

Compressa is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Compressa does not have accounts or our own server-side user profile to access or delete. You can disable analytics in the app's Settings. If you've emailed us and want us to delete your message and email address from our inbox, just ask and we'll do it.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material, we'll update the date at the top and keep this page available as the privacy policy for Compressa.
